Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. This is transmitted to Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France), which handles the sending of communications. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every message.

Volunteer form — “Join the adventure”

The form collects the following data: first name, last name, postal code, date of birth, email address, availability, and any comments. This data is used exclusively for the recruitment and coordination of volunteers. It is stored on our servers hosted in Switzerland and is not shared with any third parties.

Google Maps

Certain pages display a Google Maps map to indicate event locations. When these maps are loaded, your IP address and browsing data are transmitted to Google LLC (USA). Google processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Server logs

Our hosting provider automatically records certain technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and diagnostic purposes.
