These are objects of remarkable precision and delicately crafted pieces where the level of detail borders on the extraordinary. Echoing a Nuit de la Photo that is doubling its exhibition time, the image distillers of Kolektif Alambik and the children they worked with offer their vision of watchmaking heritage. The facades become projection surfaces in a large-format version. Behind centuries-old expertise, stories emerge. We (re)discover gestures; we recognize faces. They are witnesses to a collective past, read and experienced in the present.
