With Maraboutage, the party is as much about thinking as it is about living it. The Marseille-based collective takes over the dancefloor at the Anciens Abattoirs with a programme that sees DJ sets, dance and performance interact, drawing on Afro and Latin influences and a musical selection firmly rooted in global sounds. Twerking, krumping and voguing carry the energy of the decks well beyond the dancefloor. At the heart of the evening: dance and celebration in a safe space, where partying becomes a powerful arena for self-expression and freedom.
